I don’t know about you, but I for one love dessert! But for some reason I find it more fun baking the desserts than actually eating them. And most of the time, it’s because they don’t turn out. But hey! It’s all about trial and error, right?! 🙂 Anyways, I found these recipes that are so easy and fool-proof that anybody can make them. And the best part, they only require a few ingredients to make them! So hope these are helpful and inspire you to make something yummy on this gorgeous day.

It’s all in the name, right? Three ingredients! That’s it for this delicious looking pie. Here’s the super easy recipe, taken from: http://www.creatingreallyawesomefreethings.com/3-ingredient-pie/

Ingredients:

Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

Pie Crust

Cool Whip

Directions:

Let the ice cream sit out for a about 20 minutes before you’re ready to mix up the pie. You could also put the carton in the microwave for a minute or so if you forget to set out the ice cream. When the ice-cream is a little mushy, dump the entire carton into the mixing bowl. Add the COOL WHIP. Stir together. Taste test if you so desire. 🙂

Dump the mixing bowl contents into your pie crust. Spread the concoction around evenly. Stick the pie in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3 hours. If you’re extra fancy drizzle some chocolate syrup on top. How yummy does that look? And how easy. Enjoy!

Chocolate-Covered frozen bananas. Yum! Although the picture is pretty self-explanatory, here is the recipe. For more pictures of each step, go to: http://homecookingmemories.com/easy-desserts-frozen-chocolate-bananas/

Ingredients:

Chocolate chips, melted

Bananas, cut in half

Popsicle Sticks

Toppings, such as nuts, sprinkles, mini m&ms, or mini chocolate chips

Directions:

Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Attach a popsicle stick into the center of each banana. Dip the banana into the chocolate and then cover with toppings. Place the completed bananas onto a cookie sheet covered in wax paper. Place in the freezer for about 1 hour, or until the banana and chocolate are frozen. And that’s it. Simple and yummy!

Snickers-Popcorn

This picture is a little bit small, but it’s pretty self-explanatory! What you will need is a bag of snickers, cut into small pieces and popcorn. Melt the snickers in a pan over medium heat, stirring until melted. Pour the mixture over the popcorn, stir, and let cool. I mean, come on, how much easier can you get?! This, I fear, may be my next food weakness. Thankfully I have no snickers in my home, but if I did, they’d be gone by tonight!

Anyways, I hope you enjoyed these super easy recipes. Have an awesome day on this beautiful Wednesday!
